This exciting new tool offers many solutions for agent to order personalized, corporate sponsored mailings.

WHAT IT IS?
An on-line order system for company sponsored, agent personalized mailing programs.  It allows the agents to view and approve or change their personal information including photos and monitor their customer or prospect base.

HOW IT WORKS
SIGN UP
An email is sent to each agent announcing sign-up to a particular mailer for a specified period of time, normally two weeks.  The email contains brief instructions and a link to the on-line order system.

SECURITY  
Several layers of 'state of the art'  security measures are in place to protect client, agent, transaction and transfer of data.  Agents are also required to register, upon their first use of the system, to create passwords and record each users' profile for future log-ins.

PERSONAL INFORMATION 
Once agents are logged in they will be able to view their photo, signature and make any appropriate copy selections.  This process is fast and painless to the agent.

CLIENT & PROSPECT LIST MANAGEMENT  
Agents are also able to access their client list through proper links or upload a prospect list directly to the website.

SAMPLES
Extra copies of the newsletter can also be ordered for direct agent mailing or for the agent's office.  It's a great business card and keeps the agent's information on hand for easy contact.  A sample of the mailer is available on the site for the agents review along with any copy selections that may be offered.

CONFIRMATION  
A confirmation email is sent to the agent with the order specifics.

ADMINISTRATION  
Online, real time, management and reports are available during the process.  Once the order time has ended, the information is made available to selected vendors for production of the mailer.

AGENT SUPPORT 
Online support hints, real time help desk chat and 24 hour phone in customer service is always available.
